We are running into an issue with user's that have another exchange 2007
account embedded within their main user profile..

They get the "this folder was last updated" message at the bottom and must
click the "update this folder only" option next to send/receive or set their
outlook to send/receive every 1 minute to get emails..

Once i remove the embedded account the problem goes away.

Deleting all OST files doesnt seem to help either.

Any thoughts on what i should look for to fix this (ie: maybe in the
embedded addition exchange 2007 account)?

This seems to be with mainly 2007 outlook, but possibly 2003 as well.

Thanks

What do you mean with "embedded account"?

By this i mean.. say you have a sales exchange account.. you goto the
advanced properties for your existing exchange account and "add mailbox"..

It then shows up in the left hand side as another mailbox.. embedded in
outlook's main profilie.

We use cached mode, but mailboxes that open in the manner you have indicated
run in "Online Mode" in our environment.

I actually thought that was a default setting until now. It may well be
something worth checking into in your environment, as ost's can be painful.
