Outlook Rules Limit, XCLN: Maximum Number of Rules Per Folder

G

Apparently, Exchange enforces a 32KB memory limit to the maximum number of
rules that can be assigned to mail delivery folders. This is a feature that
needs a workaround. Many users are tired of SPAM and use the rules to
personalize their inbox for SPAM deletion. I regret that the Junk e-mal
folder is not as efiecient as these elaborate lists that users create.
Microsoft, PLEASE ADDRESS This Issue!!!

Junk mail rules are the worst way to manage spam, short of doing nothing at
all. With many good anti-spam tools available for Outlook, including free
ones, there's no need to use rules for junk mail at all.

You should consider another anti-spam technique, then.
