Outlook Rule - Forwarding with text added

Is there a way to forward a message and add text to the forwarded message?

When looking at Outlook's rule wizard, I haven't been able to find any
combination that allows me to forward with added text.

Does anyone know of any Outlook rule add-in's that will forward with text?

Is there a way to forward a message and add text to the forwarded

While Milly says (and I believe her) that there is no rule to do this,
couldn't one add the desired text as a signature and automatically include
it that way?

1st - Thanks Millie and Brian for responding to my question. It is cool
when someone responds.
2nd - Brian, I tried your suggestion, and it does not work when forwarding
from a rule. When opening a message and then forwarding, your suggestion
works great.
3rd - Folks here will say "I could do it in Groupwise." Maybe, someone from
MS will see this and add it as a feature.
