Outlook rule for phantom mail

I receive email in Outlook with no from, subject or body. Wierd, hug? How
do I set up a rule to route these messages to the delete folder? I know how
to do rules for words and senders but how do I attack a phantom?

Not weird. It happens.

Sometimes there is something in the header to use, otherwise it is rather
infrequent and I save my rules for something more substantial.

Create a rule that deletes everything EXCEPT if the subject or body contains
a vowel.

I have used SpamBayes very successfully for over 2 years and have had no
problem identifying such spam and sending it to the spam folder.

After furious head scratching, Pencil asked:
