Outlook Requires outlook Express

Hi @all,

i have installed Outlook 2000 on Windows XP.
When i start Outlook i get the following message.

"Outlook requieres Outlook Express 4.1 or greater.You can
install Outlook Express 5.0 by running IE5Setup.exe from
the Internet Explorer folder where you installed Outlook,
or download it from the Internet Explorer site on the
Microsoft Web."

normel the error message is not to misunderstand.
But Outlook Express 6.1 is installed on my Computer.

Have anybody a idea what i have to do?

Tried a repair on IE6SP1 and/or Outlook 2000 already?

Did you install SP2 recently? I've seen reports that OL 2000 may not
recognize Outlook Express as V6 after an SP2 installation.

When i try to reinstall IE6SP1 i get the message
"A newer version is installed"
And i have installed Outlook a few Times with different
source CD's
