Outlook Reminder Service Failed to Start...

We have some users who receive an error message periodically when opening
outlook 2003 that says, "The Outlook Reminder Service Failed to
Start..."Obviously, reminders do not work.

This only seems to occur periodically, and only when users are working
Offline from their .OST file. If the user closes Outlook, the next time they
go in the problem seems to "fix" itself. There are no Event Log errors that
refer to any problems with an Outlook Reminder Service.
