Disappearing Reminders

Hi All

A wierd one. A meeting prompt advises a user of a meeting, he leaves this
prompt untouched and as meeting piles up, the first meeting disappears
without dismissing it and does not return. Ive ran clean outlook reminders
and even reinstalled outlook and it is still occuring. It only happens to one
recurring reminder as well as it recurrs weekly.

The version of Outlook is 2003 and it is a recurring reminder - weekly.

Any suggestions?
