Outlook Reminder problem

Hi,

When I startup Outlook 2007 on my desktop, I get a message stating "There
was a problem reading one or more of your reminders." So no reminder window.
If I transfer the Outlook data file to my laptop, the reminder window
appears. Any suggestions?

Thank you,
George

Great suggestion! However I'm sorry to say it didn't work. The same error
message came up after using /cleanreminders. Then I tried using
/cleanroamedprefs and then /cleansniff. Same message.

Try /cleanfreebusy as well. Another question: Did you create a new Outlook
profile for Outlook 2007 or did you reuse a profile from an earlier version?

I just took a look at the list of data files on Account Settings and found my
Personal Folder.pst listed twice (same location.) I removed one and VOILA!
Problem solved. Thanks for your kind attention, Jocelyn.

For others who may have this same problem - I followed this thread and found
the same issue wiht the duplicate .pst files on my system. I removed the
"non-default" file and it solved my problem too.
