Outlook reinstall error message

I get the following error message when I attempt to reinstall Outlook.

"The installation source for this product is not available.
Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

The same message comes up when I attempt to install/uninstall any Office
2003 Pro feature.

These workstations were previously part of a domain and are now on a
workgroup...Please don't ask ;-)

Use the msi cleanup utility to remove Office 2003;
