outlook puts in information when i press enter or shift

Everytime I press enter or shift when I am using Outlook for Email, other
words automatically pop up.

How can I stop this from happening?

I would like to be able to press enter without words appearing.

Any suggestions?
 
Can you be a little bit more specific?
- what "words" pop up?
- how do they "pop up" or "appear"; where?
- what version of Outlook?
- what is your email editor (Outlook, Word)?
- message format (plain text, HTML)?
- anything else that you know and we don't?
