How to setup auto correct features in Outlook 2007

I recently upgraded to Office 2007 so I'm using Outlook 2007 and I'm
trying to use the QuickParts feature to auto complete text as I'm
typing. The problem I'm having is that QuickParts doesn't work the
same as AutoText. In Outlook 2003, the AutoText feature allowed me to
just start typing text and I could hit Enter to insert the text.
However, in Outlook 2007, you have to hit F3 to enter the QuickParts.
Maybe I'm being nit-picky here, but it's a lot easier for me to hit
enter when typing to auto complete a word/phrase than it is to go find
the F3 key. Also, some one word phrases don't seem to work at all in
the Quickparts. Also, I noticed that there are some words
automatically setup like days of the week, etc. that I can start
typing and Outlook pops up a window that says "Press ENTER to insert".
I want to add more words/phrases to that option to "Press ENTER to
insert." Is this possible?

Sorry, hit send too fast... you can add stuff to autocorrect. It won't pop
up a screentip (that is a smart tag) but you can type keywords and it'll
change automatically.

Thanks for the help! That alternative to the feature in 2003 will
work.

I do have another issue now. I have a colleague who is using Outlook
2003. When he replies to my emails, he says that it automatically
double spaces his signature line. But he claims that it only happens
when he replies to emails that I send him. Is this some type of
setting on my end that I need to fix? Or a compatibility issue? He
also says that sometimes when I reply to his emails, it comes over in
plain text and all the formatting is removed. I have my email setup to
do html at all times, so I can't imagine why when I hit reply, it goes
to plain text.

thanks!
