outlook.pst file not found?

Hello, I work in small office and we recently networked all our computers yet
when I went to install Outlook every time I start it up I get the following :

c:\documents and setting\danielle\local settings\application
data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst not found.

I hit OK and it then pops a window up, I guess asking me to location the
file I hit cancel then it says

Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The File c:\documents and
setting\danielle\local settings\application
data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst not found.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling microsoft, changing my default e-mail
(we use Mozilla Thunderbird for our e-mail) to microsoft but still nothing.
How do I fix this?

I would do a search on your computer file of "*.pst" without the quotes of
course. If you can not find it, it maybe gone from your computer.

If it is gone from my computer how do I get it back, fix it or create a new
one?
