Outlook prompts for password

I have a client who has checks email with Outlook Express
and everytime it prompts for a password. The option
to "remember password" is greyed out. Any suggestions?

This NG specializes in MS Outlook 97,98,2000,2002, and 2003.

You may be better served by posting your question to a more relevant newsgroup, such as this one:
