outlook prompting for password



Good day,

We're using outlook 2000 and exchage 2003. I have a couple of users that
always get prompted for password when launching outlook. They login to the
domain without any issues, Outlook denies their username and password as
incorrect when I've confirmed it is correct. Why is outlook prompting for
password even though I'm logged in as the user to the domain?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open the Control Panel, select the Mail icon, select the E-mail Accounts
button, choose the View or change existing e-mail accounts radio
button then click Next, Select the account you wish to edit and click
the Change button, then click the More Settings button. Select the
Security tab and uncheck Always prompt for user name and password.

Save this information and then try again.
