outlook problems

I cannot get outlook to open up. Then I get the error
message saying it failed to start & asking me whether I
want to run outlook in safe mode.

How can I fix this problem-what is going wrong here?
 
I have the same problem. I have reinstalled both Office 2003 and Outlook
alone to no avail. I am running XP pro and all other office componants
function fine.
