Unable to open Outlook 2007 error loops

On trying to open Outlook I get "Outlook has encountered a problem" message,
with restart option ticked.

When it restarts I get a dialogue box stating "Outlook failed to start
correctly last tie......Do you want to start in safe mode?"

However safe mode doesnt launch properly and I then get the option to start
Detect and Repair.

After Detect and Repair has finished (it says successfully) the whole
process of errors starts again.

I have tried using repair option via add/remove programs and also installing
via disc but with no change.

Does anyone have any ideas in how to fix this please?

When I try and file an online support request even that comes up with an
error message.

I'd start first by using SCANPST to check your data file
(http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.asp). I'd then try a new mail
profile. http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/newprofile.htm

ran SCANPST a few times to clear the errors but still had the same trouble.
Creating a new profile sorted things though Thanks :)
