outlook problems

does anyone know why my outlook express keeps
disconnecting me from the internet when I log onto it?

I would say that it's because your Outlook Express is set to disconnect after
send and receive.
Open Outlook Express
Click on Tools
Click on Options
Click on Connection tab
Make sure the box next to "Hang up after sending and receiving" is unchecked
Click OK
