Outlook problems

Some of my emails that come in to me are going straight to my deleted items bin.
I dont have any rules set up to do that. Any ideas as to what would be causing this?
I'm using outlook 2k3

I cant view those newsgroups, it opens my outlook express and nothing works right from there. Do you think somebody here could help me?

Do you have ANY rules set up? Sometimes you can get
unexpected results if the rules aren't set up correctly.
If you have any rules set up remove them and see if the
problems goes away. If you haven't set up any rules check
anyway to make someone else didn't set some up.

Also check your Junk mail settings and make sure they're
not sending e-mails to the deleted folder thinking that
they are spam.
