Outlook Problem

Hello everybody
I have a serious problem with MS Outlook 2007
Actually outlook is sending thousands of emails to people in my contact list
the messages body consist of random letters
could anybody help me Plz?

If you close Outlook or your computer, does it stop then for the receiver?
Did you do a virus scan already?

There is no way Outlook can send messages without you giving permission to
do so unless you installed an application like "ClickYes" which compromises
Outlook's security.
