Outlook problem when sending big attachment

Under Outlook 2002, I have problem sending email with
attachment over 1MB. The mail seems to stick in the
outbox even though the receipt actually received that
mail. I have tried to apply Office sp3 but the problem
persist. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm using WinXp Pro SP1a machine with Office XP Standard
(sp2)

I am having the same problem. Only my recipients are
receiving 20 and 40 copies of the same message while it
still sits in my outbox as if it had not been sent.
Outlook keeps sending it over and over till I delete it
from my outbox! I installed Svc Pk 3 and that has not
corrected the problem. Only has happened when I attach
files such as Scanned docs which are usually bigger than
1 MB.

Anyone have any suggestions? How do we get answer from
Microsoft tech?
