Outlook printing.

I have a customer with Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange server. When
she clicks on the quick print icon to print any calendar the print box
doesn't open up for at least 30 seconds. Can't find what is causing the
delay.

Thanks for your help. I deleted that file and still have the problem. I've
also done a detect and repair. Deleted all temp files in the users profile.

did you reset outlook? Is printing slow for all item types or just the
calendar?

Yes, it's slow for everything. Once the printer properties box shows up it
prints ok. It's just the delay waiting for the properties box. What do you
mean reset Outlook?

I meant Restart Outlook. My fingers don't always type what my brain tells
them to. :)

Is the printer local to the PC or available via a printer server?
