Outlook Printing Problem

Eric Nielsen

I have a user that receives an html e-mail. She is unable to print this
e-mail from her computer. She is able to print any other e-mail and from
any other application. If she logs onto another computer, she is able to
print that e-mail. Is there any settings that I am missing to enable her to
print this e-mail?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
