Outlook printing email

We are running Outlook 2000 and have a problem where some
users when they print a received email with Cc's in the
list. The people who had been Cc'd don't always print. I
have one user who prints a particular email fine but for
the other it doesn't print properly. However the 2nd user
has other emails that don't print properly. If anyone has
any ideas please reply.
 
Define "properly"

account will be deleted without reading.
