Outlook Personal Folders Backup Tool

The tool works well, but I ran into a strange problem. I installed the tool
using one of the ID's on my laptop. I then had to create a new ID and delete
the old one. The "Backup" menu item under the "File" menu does not show up
in Outlook for my new ID, and when I try to reinstall the tool it will not
install, the message says it has already been installed. It then gives me
the option to uninstall, but that fails also. So, how can I get it to work
with my new ID? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
