Outlook Backup Tool (PSTBackup) Gone Missing

WinXP Pro SP3, Office 2003 Pro, Outlook Backup Tool installed

Last week, Office Outlook "File" menu had "Backup" displayed.

Now it is gone and the backup I had set for every 3-days does NOT run.

I cannot reinstall the tool because it says I already have it
installed and need to uninstall the "previous" version.

BIG problem. The tool is NOT listed in "Add/Remove Programs" AND 'MS
Installer Cleanup" does not list it.

How do I get the Outlook Backup Tool back in the Outlook "File" menu?

A Registry setting?

Click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins. Click Add. Browse to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\ADDINS, select outbak.dll, and
click OK. OK out of all dialogues, then stop and restart Outlook. If should
appear then.
