Outlook Password

Every time I log on to get my email the pop up asks me
for my password, even though everytime I log on I enter
my password and then click the remember button before OK.
What am I doing wrong? I can't figure out were else to go
to tell it to remember my password. When setting up my
email accounts, where you put in youe address and
password, agian there I checked the box to remember it.
It still will not?????
