Outlook on Terminal Server

lately I get "Outlook failed to start correctly last time.......Do you want
to start Outlook in safe mode?"

Regardles of whether I click on the YES or NO button, I get outlook to open
properly. But this message persists everytime I opened Outlook.

PS This also happens to all Terminal Server users.

How can I remedy this?

I fixed this by deleting this key which must have accidentally gotten
caught when the server was in install mode.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Terminal
Server\Install\Software\MICROSOFT\Office\10.0\OUTLOOK\Resiliency]
