Outlook on Terminal Server (profile reset)

I have had outlook (Office 10) running on a Windows 2003
terminal server for the past year. All Outlook profiles
would be reset every time I re-installed Windows 2003.
Now that Windows 2003 has RTM'd I didn't think this would
be much of an issue any more.

However,I recently ran windows update on the machine and
my profiles were reset again! Which patch did it I do not
know.

Any idea why this would happen and how to stop this from
happening again?
