Outlook (Office XP) Send/Receive Menu Item is missing

The Send/Receive menu item is missing from the Tools menu. I have
re-installed Outlook Express, Office XP, and all related service packs and
patches. Any suggestions?

Yes, there are a number of valid e-mail accounts installed (all of which work
correctly when used within Outlook Express).

Try deleting and recreating your mail profile and see if that helps.
