Outlook 2007 error after receiving e-mail

i recently upgraded to Office 2007 enterprise from Office XP on Vista Ultimate.

After install i syncronized/imported all folders to outlook 07 from windows
mail and outlook XP.

No weird settings applied, and everything works fine except for when i
receive new emails. if i close down outlook 07 after receiving new emails,
outlook will not start up again. if i send/receive and receive no email, it
starts normally after i close it.

if i reboot, message says "windows did not start normally the last time,
start up in safe mode?" Pressing yes/no starts outlook normally, but only
after reboot.

if i start in safe mode, i see no disabled items in help.

i have ran office diagnostic, and it repairs 1 item in the setup files. i
then repaired my install of office, no change, and then did a re-install, but
problem is still there.

i have a logitech G15 keyboard with lcd-manager, and the info display says
ex 2 new emails received, even after i deleted them, so may be some
miscommunication. i have also re-installed this program and driver, but still
the same problem.

Any tips anybody?

Have you found out any further info on this error? I get the same thing and
you are the first I've seen with the same thing. I'm ready to uninstall
2007 and put back my old version.

After sitting on hold with Microsoft last night for 35 minutes I hung up and
uninstalled it putting back on my Outlook 2000. At least I new that worked.
If now I could only get a refund but we all know that won't happen.
