Outlook Office Beta 2 TR - error 554 Message refused

I've just downloaded the technical refresh for Office Beta 2.

If I try to send an e-mail over say 10 lines long it is returned with the
error message 554 message refused.

I can send short messages with no problem.

My ISP says its a Microsoft error code.

who is your isp? The error code indicates the SMTP server (your isp) is
returning an invalid response for some reason. Turn on SMTP logging so you
can see where it's failing. Tools, options, other, advanced - then restart
outlook. Once you get one log with several attempts to send in it, you can
disable logging and read the log in note pad - you can post back with the
snippets of the log.

It also could mean problems with antivirus scanning of outgoing mail - if
you are using an antivirus scanner, disable scanning of outbound mail and
it's recommended you disable inbound scanning it, it's redundant. I would
disable this first and if the problem persists, turn on logging.
