Outlook not working

Hello,

I have tried almost everything I can find on
the internet to this point to get this working. I have removed all the
add-ins. created a new PST, created a new profile. Outlook will not run on
any of the user accounts on this machine. Outlook will not run in safe mode
via the switch /safe. It will only run in windows safe mode? I have put the
event viewer below to see if this helps but at this point I have run out of
options. I am running Trend Micro for antivirus etc. I have no issues with
the rest of the office software so I do not know what else to do. I have
tried silent mail in the past when running office 2003 but I uninstalled it.
I would like to install Auto CC to monitor kids email but I can not even do
that at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it runs in win safe mode it might tend to indicate that another
application/service is causing a problem.

Have you tried with your anti virus app uninstalled?
What addins did you have installed

Have you tried msconfig
disable all startups
Services tab - hide all MS and disable the rest

Reboot, accepting the prompt, retest OL. If all ok its a process of
illimination

Another option
http://www.dependencywalker.com/
download the app and run OL 'through it' it may help in showing what is
causing OL to baulk

Hello DL,

No luck with any of what you suggested. I tried the Dependency walker and
it came up with ieframe.dll was a problem? Tried changing it out and IE7 did
not work nor did Outlook. I disabled everything not microsoft and tried it
but no luck. Here is Dependency walker screen results: Warning At least on
delay-load dependency module was not found. Red beside MSO.dll and Warning
at least one module has an unresolved import due to missing export function
in a delay-load dependent module. ? beside IEframe.dll

Thank you for the ideas, any other suggestions?

When you used msconfig you did also disable all startups?

ieframe.dll is related to IE7 - may be an IE7 repair or try the system file
checker
mso.dll is related to Office - youve repaired office & visited both Office
update & Win update, or msupdate?

Hello,

I have tried everything below but repair IE7 as I can not fiqure out how
in Vista. I disabled all startups non Microsoft and a few microsoft I knew
what they were. I have updated everything, I can not get one IE7 update to
install, the latest? I will call into Microsoft to see if they can help me
install security update, maybe related problem. If there is any other ideas
please let me know.
