outlook not sending messages

I'm using outlook 2003 at work and all emails I try to send that end in
anything but ufl.edu I get a System Administrator message that says
undeliverable. It doesn't matter if I type the email address or pick from a
list always get this message. If I use the university webmail it works fine.
Any help would be greatly aprreciated.
 
I suspect a relaying issue. Please post back with the exact text of the NDR
(that system admin. message you're getting).

I have gotten the answer to this form some tech support personnel. I had to
change the form POP to IMAP and now it appears to work fine. Thanks
