outlook not printing plain/rich text but will print email HTML

when attempting to print from outlook i am unable to print rich/plain text
but can print email HTML. Please help
 
Outlook version? What happens when you try to print plain text or rich text

I have a user having the same problem. Can print emails in HTML and
Rich Text, but when she prints in Plain Text, it prints out a blank
sheet of paper. Outlook 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
I am having the same problem. I cannot print messages in Outlook 2003 that
are plain text or rich text. I tried to run the Detect and Repair as
suggested but get the following message:

The installed product does not match the installation source(s). Unitl a
matching source is provided or the installed product and source are
synchronized, this action can not be performed.

Contact your administrator or product vendor for assistance. if there is a
matching installation source, type it below or click Browse to locate it.

Who installed Office on that machine originally? It sounds like you are not
using the same CD/DVD for Detect and Repair that was used to install the
software originally.
