Printing Untitled Message Page In Outlook

I would like to be able to print the email page before sending showing who I
am sending it to but when I print the page, the TO: and SUBJECT: and etc.
don't print out. I have tried changing from HTML to Rich text to plain text
and it doesn't print any of these ways. Any clue?

I just tried this. It works fine for me. What ver of Outlook? Are you wating
for the names to resolve?!?
