outlook /noproview - sometimes doesn't work

The /nopreview option seems to work only now & then, after a crash (or
forced termination) if you restart outlook, it seems to ignore that command
line parameter.

This means that Outlook may still be running as a process on your PC; i.e.,
even though you thought you closed it, something kept it open. The
/nopreview command line switch ALWAYS works if Outlook is currently not a
running process.
