I can't set Outlook Newsreader as my default newsreader in XP Home. And if
I start it up and click Yes on the make default dialog, it crashes. Can
someone please help me set up Outlook Newsreader?

Microsoft Outlook does not have a newsreader....it uses the
Outlook Express newsreader.
