The Windows Live Newsreader crashes with Outlook running

Windows 7 64-bit & Office 2007.
If I start the windows live newsreader while Outlook is running the
newsreader will crash.
Running the newsreader when Outlook is not running, everything works fine.

Any ideas?

Error message?
Happens sporadically here, too, but relaunching always works. Not sure it's
an Outlook issue. I expect Microsoft programs to crash, so I don't notice it
that much.

Just the usual "application has stopped responding" stuff. This is logged in
the Event Viewer:

Faulting application name: wlmail.exe, version: 14.0.8089.726, time stamp:
0x4a6ce53d
Faulting module name: MSMAIL.DLL, version: 14.0.8089.726, time stamp:

BTW, I have an excellent record with MS programs - almost never crash in my
case. Guess I'm lucky :)

Now I have shut down Outlook, restarted wlmail, restarted Outlook - all
fine. Then I shut down both, started Outlook, then wlmail, all fine still.
Today, after restarting Windows, there are no issues.

Hasn't done it for a couple of days now.
