Outlook Newsgroup?

When I click on a link in Outlook Express, the hand comes up but nothing
happens. I did uninstall the latest update. I have no idea how to find the
Outlook Newsgroup unless somebody can help me here, please

Outlook, or outlook express? Two different programs, outlook comes with
office. In any case, go to newsgroups and do a search on "outlook" or
"Outlook express" and you will find the needed information as to newsgroups.

So when you enter "outlook" in the "Display newsgroups which contain"
field when looking at the newsgroups list, you actually get a blank list
(i.e., there are no outlook newsgroups)? If so, your newsserver doesn't
carry the microsoft.public.* newsgroups and you'll have to use a
different newsserver, use Google Groups, or use Microsoft Community
webnews-for-dummies interface to Usenet.

You cannot open a new Internet Explorer window or nothing occurs after
you click a link
