[Outlook] mixed accounts

Dear Sirs,
we work in a corporation with an exchange server and
outlook client on every workstation. on some workstations
we have installed an internet smtp account, so on these
machines we have 2 mail accounts: 1 intra/exchange account
and 1 internet/smtp account.
The main question is: how can the user tell outlook which
account should outlook use?
