Outlook Mail

I'm not receiving any mail, except junk from MSN. I know emails are being
sent, but I'm not receiving them.

What version of Outlook are you using?

You ARE receiving junk e-mail?

What kind of e-mail account is it? (POP3? IMAP?)

Have you checked your Junk E-mail folder? Do you have a 3rd party
anti-spam solution in place?

Do you have any Outlook rules running?

When did it STOP working?
