Mark: I have the same problem. Been fighting it for about two months. I've
started in safe mode, deleted the "Out..." something file that others have
recommended, reinstalled ten times a day, shut down everything I can think
of, etc. Still can't get it to work. If I don't start in safe mode, it hangs
at the first "receive" cycle most of the time. This is very frustrating. This
compter is used in work and emai is very important. I echo Mark's comment:
"can anyone help?"
