How to delete a 63MB email without locking up

I have an email that is 63MB that can't be delivered. I want to delete this
from Outlook but every time I try, Outlook locks up. Can someone help?
 
Assuming your Outlook is still working normally, try to delete only a screenful at a time instead and see if it goes through. --Robert
