Outlook loads, then quits responding and closes itself

All of a sudden Outlook has quit on me. The program
starts opening and then locks up before I can use it and
closes itself.

Try deleting or renaming the outcmd.dat file, located in the hidden folder
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
