Outlook launches Netscape Communicator instead of IE

When selecting a link within an E-mail message, an old
version of Netscape Communicator ( 4.7) launches instead
of IE 6.0.

Where in Outlook client can I specify default browser.

In Internet Explorer go to Tools | Internet Options | Programs and check the
box telling IE to check to see if it's the default browser. Close and
reopen IE.
If that doesn't fix it, go back to the same place and click Reset Web
Settings.

If you are not using Netscape, I'd uninstall it
