Outlook keeps shutting down

I am having a recent problem with Outlook where after a
few minutes of being open it encounters a fault and shuts
down. This is really annoying in that it happens at the
worst of times, often when I am typing an email and before
I send it.

Anyone familar with this type of problem and a resolution?

I have a client that has been complaining of the same kind of things.

What version of Outlook? Are you using Exchange? What version of
Windows?
