Outlook junkmail HELP please

Nice girl

Hi, I'm with xtra and since they joined up with Yahoo I get masses of junk,
some of it hugely offensive. When I try and add it to the junk list, I get
this messge, "You are currently working offline. To use this command you
must restart Outlook and connect to the exchange server." What the heck does
that mean?
 
Repost to one of the Outlook groups, that is where the Outlook experts
reside.
