Outlook Junk E-Mail Folder

I have a user running Outlook 2002 SP3. Everytime they delete multiple
e-mails from Junk e-mail the junk e-mail folder disappears.

A couple of times they have managed to re-instate the folder but cannot
remember how they did it.

The folder is there it is just not shown, therefore any e-mails delivered
there are not read unless they do a search for unread mail.

Any tips on how to view the junk e-mail folder when it hides itself?

Thanks

If you look at the Folder List (View | Folder List) do you see the Junk
E-mail folder listed?
