outlook issue...help please

Just installed outlook and it won't complete when its run saying it needs
exchange server details and then default outlook files are mssing....any
help would be much apprecited...

From the control panel select the mail icon and set it up for pop3 by
changing your account settings, unless you do have an exchange server.
