outlook is not allowing me to send messages, my outgoing smtp is saying it is
wrong what do i do tyo get it to work
 
Are you sending via an SMTP (outgoing mail) server that's not on your ISP's
network
 
Did you check your ISP's website to verify that your SMTP settings are
correct?
